Normal Box Office Opening Hours: 
Mon-Fri:  10am-3pm
Sat: 10am-1pm
Sun:  Closed (unless a Sunday performance then the Box Office will be open 1 hr before show start time)
On Show days extended hours operate with the Box Office remaining open until the start of the show.

Online bookings for shows listed here on the website can be booked online 24/7 (excluding party bookings and disabled seating – these are only available by telephone or in person).

Information given when registering on the website is used only by Shanklin Theatre and will not be passed to a third party.

Bar: Alcoholic drinks, soft drinks & tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Sweets and Ices before and during the interval.

Wheelchair Access

Access for wheelchairs is available at the side of the auditorium.

Selected seats in the stalls are held by the theatre for disabled patrons, we regret they are not available to book online – Please contact the Box Office to reserve these seats.

Wheelchair patrons are required to be seated in their own chair for the duration of the performance.

The balcony and bar can only be reached by stairs.

Disabled toilets are available in the foyer.

Additional Information

Strobe lighting/Smoke/Pyrotechnics may be used during the performance.

In the interests of security bags may be searched.
